In 2001, Terri Foster, principal broker of Foster And Associates Real Estate, fulfilled a lifelong goal when she embarked upon a career in real estate specializing in a sector dear to her heart, first-time homebuyer representation. Terri’s decision to work with new homebuyers was motivated by seeing both family members and friends agonize over the home buying process. Vowing if ever in a position to--making the process less stressful and more understanding became her mission.
In 2004, after successfully helping countless first-time homebuyers, Terri accepted a position as the Managing Broker/Office Manager of a real estate firm that represented new home builders. Being as
civic-minded as she is passionate about her career is what led Terri to develop and implement a marketing campaign and sales training program that resulted in home sales of nearly one million dollars in just six months.
The consummate entrepreneur, Terri founded Foster And Associates Real Estate in October 2005, specializing in first-time homebuyer representation, homebuilder representation, and providing property management services for real estate investors. In 2009, seeking to take her business to higher levels of success, prompted Terri to complete a rigourous commercial real estate series that enabled her to offer tenant representation and business brokerage services to small business owners.
Having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree from Georgia State University coupled with numerous humanitarian efforts, Terri is poised to prove that business without integrity is bad business.
